Cancellation Policy:

 

If a Customer cancels an Order before the Order has been shipped Ashawari may accept the Order Cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. In such cases, the Order amount will be refunded but with any transaction fee charged by the bank deducted.

Please note that Ashawari will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped by us nor will the customer be entitled to any refund. 

We will try to send the products as soon as possible after you make the payment. If courier service is available, then we will perform the task immediately. The refund will take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway. If you want to cancel your order then email us at santa.bose@ashawariboutique.com or you can Whatsapp us +91 8800815542  as soon as possible, else nothing can be done from our end. If your Order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, you will be paid the amount after deducting the bank fees. The amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment (if you pay by credit card, you will be refunded the amount to the same credit card).
